A basic vegetarian meatloaf recipe is a must-have for a vegetarian kitchen since it is such a great staple for any menu. This is a very easy one that makes use of commercial ground beef substitute so its not that different from conventional meatloaf.
Before you get started, preheat the oven to 325F and grease up a loaf pan.
While that is heating up, mix the meat crumbles with about half of the BBQ sauce and all of the other ingredients. Blend well and scoop out into your loaf pan. Pat it down to make a smooth meatloaf and bake for 45 minutes. Take it out of the oven and brush the last of the BBQ sauce on the top. Keep baking for another 15 to 20 minutes. Slice and serve.
You can change up the flavor of this vegetarian meatloaf a little by using ketchup instead of BBQ sauce instead.
